Lovely quality, a pair of Mid Century Mabe Pearl earrings which add just that perfect quirky vintage touch to every look. A pair of classic Pearl earrings always elevate the style barometer and these have the added interest of being such a nice size. Their wondrous sheen is natural and unbleached, a pale shell which flatters the skin so beautifully. These 'Mabe' Pearls come from Saltwater Oysters (generally Pinctada Maxima species) and grow against the side of the shell and so are half round. The Pearls measure 8mm across and are set in 9ct white Gold hand made mounts which have a delightful openwork floral design and these are mounted on screw fixings but we have included the price of converting these if desired as they could be worn a either a stud or drop.
